Refund Policy
Unworn items in sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days. Because these are intimate garments, there are hygiene limits on what we can accept back — please read this before ordering.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions — parcels returned without notice can take considerably longer to process.
Hygiene Restriction
These are intimate garments. We cannot accept a return once an item has been worn, washed, or removed from its sealed packaging, and this is a health regulation rather than a store preference.
If you want to check the fit while keeping the item returnable, try it on over your own underwear without breaking the hygiene seal.
Condition Requirements
- Original sealed packaging, unopened.
- All tags and hygiene liners still attached.
- No signs of wear, washing, scent, or pet hair.
Faulty, Damaged Or Wrong Items
The hygiene restriction does not apply here. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email info@tuckandglow.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We replace or refund in full, including return shipping.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly the credit appears, which is typically 5 to 10 business days after we process it.
