How long does delivery take?
Shipping cost and the estimated delivery window are calculated at checkout from the address you enter. The estimate shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch.

Can I return underwear if it does not fit?
Unworn items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept underwear that has been worn, washed, or removed from its sealed packaging. Try items on over your own underwear to keep them returnable.

A tucking gaff uses firmer front compression to hold a flatter front line, and is the right choice if tucking is your first priority. Shaping panties focus on the overall silhouette — waist, hip and rear contour — with less front compression. Many shoppers own both and wear them for different outfits.

What if the item arrives damaged or is the wrong item?
Email info@tuckandglow.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are replaced or refunded in full, including return shipping, and the hygiene restriction does not apply.
